At this meeting Bro. Mukund Vithal Bhatt was obligated, invested and installed in the Eastern Chair. The address to the newly installed master was given by V.W.Bro.Dr. Framroze Eruchshaw Antia and to the wardens by V.W.Bro.Dr. M.K.Vyas. 24 brethren and visitors attended the meeting. During the year at anespecial meeting held at Pune, when 40 yrs Long Term Service Jewel was presented to Bro. Hasan Abdultayeb Motiwala (he was unable to come to Mumbai because of health problems) by the RW the RGM, R.W.Bro.Saleh Huseini Doctor. On this occasion Bro. Motiwala donated Rs.11000/- to the charity corpus fund of the lodge.

Brethren were informed of the sudden and sad demise of Bro. Mohamed Yahyabhoy Papar at Wada on April 6, 2001. A resolution as passed.

Meeting dated June 11,2001. Especial Memorial Service Meeting to mourn the sad demise of W. Bro.Mohamed Yahyabhoy Papar and W. Bro. Dr. Jaswantlal Gokuldas Mehta P.M; P.A.G.I.G; P.A.R.G.M.

This was a joint lodge meeting with Lodge Hamilton No.26, Lodge Islam No.27, Lodge Manokejee Cursetjee No.185, Lodge Dr. Sarosh Bhacca No.229, Lodge Freedoom No.296 and Lodge Reginald Spence No.109 particating. 50 brethren attended.

The memorial lodge service was conducted with proper decorum. The Oration was given by R.W.Bro. Moshin Huseni Contractor. Brethren stood in silence for 2 minutes when condolence resolutions were passed in memory of the departed brethren, to be sent to the families of the departed. After closing the lodge bethren went in prosession to the banquet hall to take a toast in memory of the two brethren who have gone to the Grand Lodge Above.

Meeting dated August 29,2001. Regular meeting. Brethren were informed that Bro. Fakhruddin Abdulhusein Arsiwala was called to the Grand Lodge Above on August 7 2001.
