At this meeting brethren were informed that the ruling master W. Bro. Suber Taher Attari, P.M; P.R.G.D of C was called to the Grand Lodge Above on December 6,2004. Brethren spoke in eloquent terms about and of him. An adequate resolution was passed after standing in silence for 2 minutes.

The incoming master was installed by R.W.Bro.Dr. Madhu Karanushankar Vyas and the charge was given by R.W.Bro. Madhawdas Goindram Narang. The charge to the wardens was given by W.Bro. Firoz Siamwala. As a mark of respect to the late master the post of the IPM was not filled up for the rest of the year. There were 24 brethren present and the charities were disbursed.

Meeting dated January 18,2005. Regular meeting. Rs. 5000/- were donated to the victims of the Tsunami.

Brethren were informed that the Annual Investiture Meeting is to be held in Bhopal next month.

Meeting dated February 15,2005. Regular meeting. Brethren were informed a Blood Donation Camp organized by Bro. Zahid Fakhruddin Khambatti on February 13,2005.

Meeting dated March 18,2005. This meeting was a Funeral Lodge Service Meeting to mourn the sad demise of W. Bro. Suber Taher Attari, P.M; P.R.G.D of C called to the Grand Lodge above on December 6, 2004 and W. Bro. Taherbhai Khanbhai Bagasawala, P.M; P.A.G.D of C; P.A.R.G.M. was called to the Grand Lodge Above on February 23,2005. This meeting was held in conjunction with Lodge Freedom No.296, Lodge Vishwanath No.111 and Lodge Hiram No.32. The Orations were read by W.Bro.Dr. Atul Mohanlal Modi and W.Bro. Firoz Siamwala. Several brethren spoke at the meeting. Resolutions honouring the Masonic Services of these departed brethren were passed.
