M.W. The Grand Master M.W.Bro. Arun Chintopanth

On the morning of the installation meeting M.W. The Grand Master M.W.Bro. Arun Chintopanth accompanied by his wife Asha and the Regional Grand Master of Western India, R.W.Bro. Vasudev Jamnabihar Masurekar accompanied by his wife Vrushali witnessed the Gyan Dhyan project in which 600 students participated; they also visited the Elders Home in Ulhasnagar and had lunch with the inmates. W.Bro. Bharat Epur was reinstalled as Master of the lodge. The meeting was attended by many brethren from the Grand Lodge, Regional Grand Lodge as well as daughter lodges. As a departure from normal, R.W.Bro. Home Behram gave the charge to the Installed master, R.W.Bro. Moshin Contractor gave the charge to the Wardens.

R.W.Bro. Vasudev Jamnabihar Masurekar

The Regional Grand Master of Western India, R.W.Bro. Vasudev Jamnabihar Masurekar gave the charge to the Brethren. In his address W.Bro. Bharat Venkat Epur thanked the visiting dignitaries and he mentioned he was being a second chance to improve on the previous years shortcomings. He would pay more attention to Retain, Retrieve and Recruit; Fund Raising; Masonic Education; Outstation Visits and Family Programmes. A Steward's Fund was started. A sum of Rs. 1.25 lacs was contributed by the lodge towards the purchase of a generator at the Elders Home in Ulhasnagar.

Meeting dated February 24,2007. Meeting was held at The Club, Mahableshwar. Change of venue and date. Dispensation was read. R.W.Bro. Shyam Nandlal Wadhwani outlined the history of the Grand Lodge of India and its various grand masters. W.Bro. Bharat Venkat Epur explained the meaning of the different signs, passwords and grips. Bro. Gautam V. Doshi released his book, 'The Circle, The Square and The Triangle'. Charity collection was Rs. 1001/-
