The SEVENTYTHIRD INSTALLATION MEETING of Lodge Reginald Spence No.109 GLI was held on November 15, 2007 (change of date, dispensation read) at Freemasons Hall, Damodar Sukhadwala Marg, Fort , Mumbai 400001. The officers for the year were:

Bro. Dr. Aniruhda Shailesh Kale
was proposed by R.W.Bro.Dr. Madhu Karunashankar Vyas and seconded by W.Bro. Mukund Vithal Bhatt. He was initiated on December 18,2007, passed on January 15,2008 and raised on February 10,2008.
Bro. JIMMY KALSI SINGH was proposed by Bro. Anil Michael Romeo and seconded by R.W.Bro.Dr. Madhu Karunashankar Vyas. He was initiated on December 18,2007 and passed on January 15,2008.
Bro. INDU DAS was proposed by R.W.Bro.Dr. Madhu Karunashankar Vyas and seconded by R.W.Bro. Madhawdas Gobindram Narang. He was initiated on December 18,2007, passed on January 15,2008 and raised on February 19,2008. He resigned on July 17,2011.
Bro. Arjun Sanjay Sanghvi
was proposed by Bro. Ameet Haumanthrao Kulkarni and seconded by R.W.Bro.Dr. Madhu Karunashankar Vyas. He was initiated on March 18,2008, passed on April 15,2008 and raised on May 20,2008 (EM). For a period of about one year he was absent from the lodge as he had to go to ths United Kingdom for study cum professional reasons.
At this meeting four brethren of the Lodge, Bro. Conrad John Goveas, Bro. Ameet Hanumanthrao Kukkarni, Bro. Ajay Parekh and Bro. Sunil Uplap were raised to the degree of master mason. The Lodge was Called Off and after about 15 minutes was Called On.
The Deputation from the Regional Grand Lodge of Western India led by R.W. the Regional Grand Master, R.W.Bro. Vasudeo Jamnabihar Masurekar, was admitted to the lodge. In his address W.Bro. Bharat Venkat Epur mentioned that all the points he had made during his installation were attended to. R.W.Bro.Dr. Framroze Eruchshaw Antia was very ably insatalled in the Eastern Chair by W.Bro. Bharat V Epur. Charity collection was Rs. 2000/-. In the third inquiry, proposals were received for Mr. Jimmy Kalsi Singh, Mr. Indu Das and Mr. Arjun Sanghvi.

Meeting dated January 15,2008. Regular meeting. 3 passings. (Bro.Dr.Anirudha Shailesh Kale, Bro. Jimmy Kalsi Singh and Bro. Indu Das). Charity collection was Rs. 1500.00. Brethren were informed details of the trip to Mahableshwar Club on April 25-27,2008 and the charges for the same would be Rs. 4500/- per person.

Indu Das). Proposal: Mr. Arjun Sanghvi and Mr. Yeshwant Jethalal Anam. Charity collection was Rs. 1250/-. Bro. Anseimo Doniseti Ferreira was blessed with a baby son.

Meeting dated August 26,2008. Regular meeting. 1 passing. Bro. Harish Alimchandani of Lodge Nashik No.358 GLI, who was initiated in Lodge Nashik on July 12, 2008 was passed.
Brethren were informed of the afflicting and sad news of the sudden and untimely demise of our beloved brother R. W. Bro. Boman Daver, P.G.Chaplin, P.Dy.R.G.M. who was called to the Grand Lodge Above on July 23,2008.
Meeting dated September 16, 2008. Regular and Election meeting. Bro. Chakrapani Srinivas Raghavan was elected as master for the next year.
