The deputation for the installation meeting was not invited as the lodge was in mourning following the sad demise of W.Bro. J.P.C. Shroff. Bro. Abdul Husein Zainulabedin was installed in the Eastern Chair by W.Bro. Naushir J.P. Shroff .

The address to the newely installed master was given by W.Bro. Bhaidas Shroff and to the wardens by W.Bro. Dinubhai Labhshanker Bhatt.                                                                                                   W.Bro. Bhaidas was nominated to the Board of General Purposes. Bro.Dr. Fez Hiptoola and Bro. Fozdar were appointed to the permanent committee. There was no meeting on December 19.1967 as it was Bombay Bandh. The February meeting of thr lodge was held at 'Lodge Dawn of Peace' No.5260 EC in Lonavala and the second degree was worked. Bro. Bhaidas was appointed trustee of the lodge following the demise of W.Bro. J.P.C. Shroff. The Masonic Silver Jubilee of Bro. Pramukhlal Patel, W.Bro. Abbubakar Haji Eisa and W.Bro. Abdul Kaiyum Esufali Haveilwala was on March 15,1968. On the same day in the temple W.Bro. Framroz Nadurshaw Shroff gave a discourse on ' Masonic Rituals and Ceremonies.
