Bro. Madhawdas Gobindram Narang was installed in the Eastern Chair by W.Bro. Bootwala in the presence of R.W.Bro. Pradyumnakumar Kesarinath Rele and the deputation from the RGLWI. There were 4 visitors and 50 brethren on the roll of the lodge. The address to the newly installed master was given by R.W.Bro. Framroz Shroff and to the wardens by W.Bro.Dr. J.G. Mehta. At the installation meeting the VSL were replaced and a set was given to the RGM. A trophy was handed over to the RGM by W.Bro. Narang so that it could be used by him on any occasion thought fit by him. A magazine of the Lodge Reginald Spence No.109 GLI 'FREEMASON' was released. The financial position of the lodge was in excellent shape and an amount of Rs. 4014/- was disbursed to different charities. The charity collection was Rs. 1000/- the highest so far.

It has been an eventful year and the account of each meeting is given separately.

Meeting dated December 15,1992 was a sad occasion, for on that day a Funeral Lodge Service was held in pious memory of Late R. W. Bro Framroz Nadurshaw Shroff P.M; P.S.G.W; P.Dy.R.D.G.M. The deputation from the RGLWI was present in strength. The funeral lodge service was held for the first time in our lodge and W.Bro.Dr. Atul Modi, P.A.R.G.M. delivered the Oration. It was reported on the same day that Bro. P.M. Patel was called to the Grand Lodge Above on October 13,1992.

Meeting dated January 9,1993 was an emergency meeting when 3 brethren were passed.

Meeting dated February 16,1993 was a special event when 18 brethren from Lodge Montford No.249 GLI visited Lodge Reginald Spence No.109 GLI and gave an excellent demonstration of ritual of working in the third degree. W.Bro.Dr. Prabhu Ramchandran was in the Eastern Chair, very ably assisted by W.Bro. Gopal Nandlal Wadhwani (D of C). Bro. Rajendra Chitre and Bro. Abid Lakhani were raised in a splendid manner. At the same meeting R.W. the RGM, R.W.Bro. Pradyumnakumar Kesarinath Rele was made an honorary member of the lodge.

Meeting dated April 18, 1993. Emergency meeting. 1 initiation and 3 passings.

Meeting dated April 20,1993. 1 raising. Byelaws read. W.Bro. Shyam Nandlal Wadhwani from Lodge Montford No. 249 GLI visited the lodge.

On May 15,1993 a grand seminar was held at Rangoli, Nariman Point, Bombay.

The dignitaries included M.W. the Grand Master M.W.Bro. Gautam Ramanlal Divan and the Regional Grand Masters from WI and SI with a host of Grand and Regional Grand officers and brethren from all India.

There were 192 delegates. This seminar has given Lodge Reginald Spence No.109 GLI a great boost to the lodge.

Meeting dated May 18,1993. Emergency meeting 1 passing and 3 raisings.

Meeting dated July 11,1993. Emergency meeting. A short while before this meeting 19 brethren from Lodge Reginald Spence No.109 GLI invited Lodge Montford No.249 at Yercaud to take part in the deliberations and ritual working.

Meeting dated July 20,1993. Amended byelaws read, consideded and adopted. Byelaws amended for the third time.

Meeting dated August 18,1993. Long Term Service Jewels were presented to several brethren.
