was initiated on December 18,1979, passed on January 15,1980 and raised on December 16,1980. He resigned on November 17,1987.
Bro. PRAVIN ABHECHAND SHETH was initiated on February 19,1980, passed on September 16,1980. He resigned from the lodge.
R.W. the RGM, R.W.Bro. Noshir Nowrojee Mehta and the deputation were present when W.Bro. Taher Khanbhai Bagasawala installed Bro. Dinesh Chintaman Kale in the Chair of King Solomon in a very solemn and dignified manner. There were 73 brethren on the roll of the lodge. R.W.Bro.Dr. Homyar Dastoor addressed the newly installed master and W.Bro. A.K.E. Haveliwala to the wardens. Bro. Attari, Bro.Dr. Mehta and Bro.Dr. Modi were elected to the Permanent Committee. Bro.Dr. Modi made a suggestion that the regalia of the lodge was very
dirty and should be replaced. W.Bro. Esmail Alibhoy Gangriwalla was presented with a silver gavel by W.Bro. Moshin Doctor on behalf of the brethren of Lodge Reginald Spence No.109 GLI for the very devoted manner he had served the lodge.
W.Bro. Taher Mama was made a Special Executive Magistrate.
The Golden Masonic Jubilee of R.W. Bro. Dr. Homyar Dinshaw Dastoor was celebrated during the year. Initiation: Mr. Muder Fazlehusein Motiwalla was proposed by Bro. Hasan Motiwala and seconded by W. Bro. Taher Bagasrawala on December 18, 1979; Mr. Pravin Abhechand Sheth was proposed by W. Bro. Bagasrawala and seconded by W. Bro. Kale on February 19, 1980; Mr. Mohamedi Karimbhoy Bootwala proposed by W. Bro. Dr. Noorodin Haveliwala and seconded by Bro. Hasan Motiwala on March 18, 1980; Mr. Abdul Rasulji Bhinderwala proposed by Bro. Alibhai Sutarwala and seconded by W. Bro. Yahya Degani; Mr. Asgar Fidaali Lakdawalla proposed by W. Bro. Degani and seconded by Bro. Hasan Motiwala on August 19, 1980.
