Bro. ABDUL RASULJI BHINDERWALA was initiated on August 19,1970. He resigned on April 21,1981. R.W.Bro. Noshir Nowrojee Mehta, R.W. the RGM and the deputation lent flavor to the occasion when W.Bro. Dinesh Chintaman Kale installed Bro. Shabbir Abdul Husein in the Eastern Chair. There were 77 brethren on the roll of the lodge. R.W.Bro.Dr. Homyar Dastoor delivered the address to the newly installed master and .Bro. Framroz Shroff to the wardens. The financial position of the lodge was satisfactory. W.Bro. Dinubhai Bhatt was nominated to the Board of General Purposes and Bro. Tayeb Attari, Bro.Dr. Atul Modi and Bro. Suresh Sheth were elected to the Permanent Committee.

During the year there was an amendment to the byelaws when the subscription per meeting was raised from Rs. 8 to Rs. 10, the absent member fee was increased from Rs. 3 to Rs. 5 and the charges for the banquet were the actual charges incurred

Initiation: Mr. Yusuf Kaderbhai Karachiwalla proposed by W.Bro.Dr. Noorodin Haveliwala and seconded by Bro.Dr. Unwalla on April 21,1981.

Passing: Bro. Dr. Bagasrawala and Bro. Bootwala on February 17,1981.

Raising: Bro. Motiwalla and Bro. Bootwala on December 16,1980 and Bro. Lakdawalla on February 17,1981.

Resignation: Bro. Kishen Kumar Sharma and Bro. Harshad Jashbhai Kamdar on January 20,1981. Bro. Zain Momahed Bhatri and Bro. Abdul Rasulji Bhinderwala in 1981.

W.Bro. Esmailji Gangriwalla wished to resign but the brethren pressurized him to reconsider. He did and as he was not keeping well he was made an Honorary Member.
