Bro. Bootwala was installed to the Eastern Chair by W.Bro.Dr. Vyas. R.W.Bro. Pradumnkumar Kesarinath Rele, R.W. the RGM and the members of his deputation were invited to the installation meeting. There were 44 members on the roll of the lodge.

R.W.Bro. Framroz Shroff addressed the newly installed master and W.Bro.Dr. J.G. Mehta the wardens. W.Bro.Dr. Atul Modi was nominated to the Board of General Purposes and Bro. Motiwala and Bro. Jaffry were elected to the Permanent Committee. R.W.Bro. Shroff was presented with a shawl as a token of his devotion for his long and dedicated services to Lodge Reginald Spence No.109 GLI.
