The FIFTEENTH INSTALLATION MEETING of Lodge Reginald Spence No.5514 EC was held at Freemasons Hall on November 15,1949. Bro. Dr. Marazban Merwanji Hakim was installed in the Eastern Chair with dignity and the officers appointed were:

W. Bro. Dinubhai Labhshanker Bhatt was one of the senior members of the lodge and he was excellent ritualist. An auditor by profession he was born on July 30,1907. He was initiated on August 15,1944, passed on December 19,1944 and raised on January 30,1945. He was appointed Organist of the lodge on November 15,1949; Almoner on November 17,1950; Asst. D of C on December 18,1951; S.D. on November 16,1952; Asst. Secretary on November 17,1953; Chaplin on November 16.1954; J.W. on November 12,1955 and S.W. the next year. He was installed in the Eastern Chair on November 19,1957 and was the IPM the next year. He was Asst. D of C in 1982-83 when I was the master of the lodge. Bro. Dinubhai was the trustee of the lodge from the year 1966-67. In the year 1978-79 he received the rank of P.S.G.W. W. Bro. Dinuhai Labhshanker Bhatt P.M; P.S.G.W; P.Dy.R.G.M. was called to the Grand Lodge Above on July 26,1985.
