The TWENTIETH INSTALLATION MEETING of Lodge Reginald Spence No.5514 EC was held on November 16,1954 at Freemasons Hall, Ravelline Street, Fort, Bombay when Bro. Girdharlal Karsondas Fozdar was installed in the Eastern Chair. The officers for the year were:

W. Bro. Jimi Dhunjibhoy Mistry was born on September 21,1912 and was a salesman. He was initiated on March 15,1949, passed on May 17,1949 and raised on June 21,1949. He held several offices. The first office was Steward in 1954-55.The next year he was Chaplin and the following year he was the Almoner of the lodge. I.G. on April 16,1957; J.D. in the year 1957-58; S.D. in 1958-59. Asst. Secretary in 1960-61 and Secretary in 1961-62; Chaplin 1962-63; J.W. 1963-64 and S.W. 1964-65. He was master of the lodge in the year 1965-66 and IPM the next year. He was called to the Grand Lodge Above on February 17,1979.
During the year four brethren resigned from the lodge and four were initiated.
Bro. VRAJLAL PRANLAL SETH, a share and stock broker was initiated on December 21,1954. Passed on March 15,1955. He was called to the Grand Lodge Above on February 13,1956
Bro. AMBALAL SARABHAI SETH was initiated on December 21,1954. He was passed on May 21,1957 and raised on October 18,1962. He resigned from the lodge on February 26,1969.
Bro. TAYEB ABDEALI ATTARI was initiated on July 19,1955, passed on August 16,1955 and raised in Lodge Light in Arabia No.2870 EC at Aden on May 26,1956. He was called to the Grand Lodge Above.
Bro. VRAJLAL VASSANJEE SHETH was initiated on October 18,1955. He resigned on August 19,1967.
