The TWENTYFIRST INSTALLATION MEETING of Lodge Reginald Spence No.5514 EC was held on November 12,1955. The officers for the year were:

W. Bro. Naushir Jehangir Pestonji Shroff was born on July 14,1919. He was a wine merchant at Century Wine Cellar, Tardeo and lives at 7, Hughes Road, Bombay 26. He was proposed by W.Bro. J.P.C. Shroff. Initiated on December 18,1951, he was passed on March 18,1952 and raised on July 15,1952. A very likable brother, he always had the welfare of his own brethren and also of domestic pets at heart. He also is a constant doner to the various charities of Lodge Reginald Spence No.109 GLI and had his own charity account. He is also the nephew of the first master of the lodge W.Bro. J.P.C.Shroff. Married to Gool on December 21,1946 he has a son Homi who is 44 years old.
His first office was that of Steward in 1955-56; Organist in 1956-57; Almoner from April 16,1957. I.G. in 1957- 58; J.D. in 1958-59 S.D. in 1960-61; Asst. Secretary in 1961-62; Secretary in 1962-63; Chaplin in 1963-64; J.W. in 1964- 65 and S.W. in 1965-66. He was placed in the Eastern Chair on November 15,1966 and was IPM the next year as well as the following. He was Treasurer for the same two years as he was IPM. He was S.D. for the year 1984-85; Steward in 1985-86, 1986-87, 1987-88, and 1988-89. In the year 1979-80 W.Bro. Naushir received the ranks of P.R.G.D of C and P.VP.G.Stwds. His interests are reading religious and philosophical books.
Bro. Hormudyar Dhunjishaw Wadia was initiated on December 15,1953, passed to the degree of fellowcraft freemason on January 19,1954 and raised on March 16,1954. The posts he held in the lodge were Steward in 1955-56 and 1956-57; Organist in 1957-58; J.D. in 1960-61; S.D. in 1961-62; Asst. Secretary in 1962-63; Secretary in 1963-64; Chaplin in 1964-65; J.W. in 1965-66 and S.W. in 1966-67. He was called to the Grand Lodge Above on April 21,1967 whilst he was still S.W.
Three brethren were reduced in number, two resigned and one was called to the Grand Lodge Above.
Bro. SUDHIR CHANDRA CHOWDHARY was initiated on July 17,1956, passed on August 21,1956 and raised on September 18,1956.
Bro. Dr. RAMANLAL MANILAL PATEL, rejoined on August 21,1956 and resigned on May 21,1957.
Bro. RAGHUBAR DUTT PANT was born on November 18,1898. He resided at Block A, Flat 2, Hirabad Mansion, Sitladevi Temple Road, Mahim. Bombay. Later he moved to Radha Sadan, Sion Main Road, Bombay 22. He was a founder member and rejoined the lodge on October 16,1956. He was also a member of Lodge Bhoreghaut No.3465 EC. He was an absent member of the lodge after he had moved permanently to Pant Orchards, Ramghar, Dist. Nainatal (UP). He was called to the Grand Lodge Above on January 19,1962.
